10 months agoTrionpoint PurchasedHello, I bought this code and purchased it. I installed it, set up everything, and tested it. Then there are some buses in it. I will give you what is below. Yes, they are not doing good business, I understand that the time delay comes when the automatic reply comes, they say that there is a problem with Facebook, but it is not a problem with Facebook. When I connect my AP in another room, the message is delivered instantly. When viewed it showed less but when shown in user's dashboard it shows more. I understand some errors, can you solve it or can I do this business? Are they doing business in a good way? Do you have any friends? Why am I the only one coming? All I can say is please update this as soon as possible and solve the problems for me and the buyers who are going to buy it and do good business.
Error and Bugs
1- Auto Bot Template reply Not working
2- Message count Not correct
3- Time Delay Automatic Template reply (My api is working in other wati.io only code it is not working)
4- 404 error user click
5- back-end update image and content update after 15 minute problem cache
5- When contacting customer care, they talk without touching the member

- Resolved issues related to the Auto Bot Template.
2. Message Count Removed from Device Statistic:
- Removed redundant message count from Device Statistic, as this information is already available in Logs.
3. Time Delay Linked to Meta Policy:

4. 404 Error Resolved:
- Fixed the 404 error that was occurring.
5. Cache Turned Off:
- Advised to turn off the cache on your hosting or website. This action is expected to automatically resolve issues.
To Apply Fixes:
A. Go to Admin Panel:
- Navigate to the admin panel.
B. Update:
- Scroll through the navigation and select "Update."
C. Check for New Updates:
- Verify if there are new updates available.
D. Update the Application:
- Proceed to update the application.
E. Refresh Browser:
-After updating, refresh your browser on the user panel as well. Use CTRL + SHIFT + R for a hard reload.
By following these steps, the mentioned issues should be addressed and the application will be up-to-date. -
