  FRAUD!
  This company Pixinal Studios (www.pixinal.com, it's definitely not a company and it's running by a one man show being fake to be many people) are fraud and I warn people to be careful dealing with them. I'm from UAE and have purchased this script and as everyone aware they do customization (atleast that's what they say on support), he (Patrice, that's the pseudo name he's got and am pretty sure it's a fake name) shared the payment links to be done in advance (They always need the payment in advance). Surprisingly, before the payment was done it was all good response on both Skype and Whatsapp and once the payment is done (3660 USD) you will never get in touch with him and even the script that was running on your hosting will get removed (Yes, literally)
  
  The next phase is this guy responding back after quite a month only to give excuses that he met with an accident (in my case, with yours it could be something else). You will be happy to receive his response after such a long time where you almost got convinced that this was a scam. Anyway after this stage, our Patrice will respond only quite a few times with one single message mostly saying he's on it and will come back soon with the status of work project and that it's almost ready. You will never hear from him again.
  
  Remember in the first para (script was removed from the hosting), it has a meaning here. Since I was desperate to get in touch with our Patrice I fortunately found a contact multiple times on the code (backend code from the script), seems to be a number from Pakistan. I tried calling this number just for my curiosity and voila, I got my call answered. Here I got the second surprise, the guy who answered my call is actually the senior developer whose been given the task to do my project, however the developer even after doing many of the things on my project had to remove it from the hosting. Why? because even he was promised to get paid and it's not even 1/4 of the amount I had paid to Patrice. This developer has bunch of other developers running a web development business were not even paid a single penny.
  
  So here's the final thing, our Patrice once told me that I could cancel the project and get refund (this is when he returned back from so called accident and I am emotional fool did believe his story and refused to cancel trusting him again) on a condition that he will use the customization done on my project for other clients. And now when I asked him to process the refund since my website after quite months is still blank domain (birds are hanging around there), I am not getting any response from our Patrice. So I lost 100$ purchasing the script, 3660$ paying our Patrice whose a fraud. In total I paid 3760$ and I don't even have the basic script running without customization on my hosting. Great!
  
  I hope you all can take alot from my experience, this guy and the company is fake doing fraud in my case atleast with 2 people here. Am sure there are quite many people they are doing the same thing and am going legal against him by all my resources.

  Do not buy it. Too many bugs it will take them ages to fix. You will be waiting days and weeks until their support who lies a lot, by the way, will be online to do anything. And waiting will kill your idea/business within a few weeks. If you decide to refund, you will be accused, everything will be your fault. If you want to start online business you have to invest time in marketing, team but not waiting weeks for minor issues to be fixed by the seller. Remember codester refunds only within three months since purchase. Refund immediately if you see bugs! Do not wait. The seller "rewards" you with a fix if you are fighting for it. Literally fighting. Do not waste your time on them. And yes, they always say they always help and if they do not it is your fault and everything is because you are not doing what they tell you.

  Yes, the same buggy script everywhere, it takes buyers weeks and months to get some bugs fixed, so while they are waiting on those bugs to be fixed they are losing time and cannot start their projects thus losing time, business interest and money with this seller. I bought this script back in 2019 and still have not started the project as the script has too many bugs that do not let me start the project. Do not waste your time on it.

  the author sell this script on lot of other and he never reply on the message or on the ticket. He get lot of bad rate.
