  first time, try clear cache and cookie on your brower,
  this error maybe related a lot of problem, a wrong plugin, htaccess file, url set on domain name incorrect with wordpress setting,...

  Meanwhile, it is possible to implement a way to charge activist/groups for the privilege of sponsoring petitions that are matched to users who have similar interests. For example, when a person signs a petition about education and clicks “submit,” a box pops up and shows five sponsored petitions on education to also sign. If a user leaves a box checked that says “Keep me updated on this campaign and others,” the sponsor can then send e-mails directly to that person.   If solve this, the user sign up by social account will no have email on website when they sign a petition and they must update email manually. Do you think that is really good way instead remove old account sign up by social media then sign up by email.
