  Hi there,
  
  How do I go about removing the *required fields on forms such as the user settings page and also when editing a petition, it says the 'country field is mandatory' - I tried removing the 'required' tag from the forms in the code, which removed the display above the form field that said 'required' but when I went to save the profile, it was saying that there are still empty required fields

  Hello
  I am having a small problem with the user menu. When someone is logged in to the site, the user menu is unresponsive when they are in user dashboard, my petitions or signed petitions page. If you click back, then it becomes responsive again. Please advise what is the solution to this.

  Backup your language file in theme and plugin then switch to other theme, delete campoal theme and install again.
  
  Check theme version on Appearance > Theme > click on detail theme button.

  I've updated the theme and re-uploaded the backups of the language files in theme and plugin, it's now running version 1.1.5 but the layout of the site has changed, for example on the top-menu bar, the 'start a petition' button is no longer there and neither is the user settings drop-down, is it possible to get the changes that were made on the previous version on to the new version, or will it be a case of going through and re-making the changes again?

  Look like you have upload the Package.zip was dowloaded from Codester. You need unzip this package.zip and upoad /package/themes/campoal.zip only (15mb).
  
  __MACOSX is not parth of theme.

  1 - You site can not load css, you should check with your hosting provider. Look like your hosting have problem, it's too slow.
  2- After install all plugin, Go to Appreance > Import demo data, you will see the page.
  
  3 - WPBakery Page Builder is included in theme, we only update this plugin with our new version of theme. If you want receive automatic update you need buy license from WP Bakery.

  1 - Currently, only signature confirm is important so it's have template. I'll add other templates in future.
  
  2 - No need install SendinBlue because it's included in Campoal Tapo plugin, until you want use Mail SMTP by SendinBlue let install it.

  Campoal has change all settings structuced, you can install theme on a developer site or localhost, copy setting before to dev site then export/import settings from dev site to your old site.
  
  All your data include pages, petitions, posts, users not missing, just settings is missed.
  
  To upgrade theme, just active a default theme, click detail Campoal theme and delete it, then install new version of theme.

  Have some bugs when add petition from wordpress admin, I has fixed that for you with new plugin version.
  I also strongly recommend you add petition from frond-end before edit on admin.
  If you want allow only admin can submit petition you can enable it on Campoal Options > Moderation > Admin submit only

  You are checked or not checked on settings? It's not check on settings. I did test a lot on our website and it's worked. You also should switch to ajax comment mode on Options > Appearance.
