  You should check your mail server are config correctly on WordPress, some mail server will don't work with header mail so you need remove it in plugin in file, email_notification.php.
  
  To translate mail, you just translate campoal plugin.
  
  Tips: If you can use Find All function in editor to find the line you want edit.

  2. about translate, let sure you had translated both theme and campoal-tapo plugin, have a lot of translation related with theme in plugin . if you still facing problem, let try to upgrade translate on Poedit

  You can adjust in translate file, or edit direct on campoal tapo plugin (/plugins/campoal-tapo/email_notification.php) but i recomand you edit in translate file to convenient for update in future.

  You should consider the name of translate file, it's may in fr.po or fr_FR.po and or campoal-fr_FR.po
  
  That need correct with language file name format in wordpress core.

  You can try use Poedit Pro, click on upgrade on toolbar? or you can create new translate file .pot for theme and translate by the .pot file you just created.
