  i need to purchase extended license if it supports latest versions of android, target handler of link (ex: _blank), facebook and youtube video downloader using api, live stream, file download link, etc...
  
  please add support for android 9.0 and some features. i want to know that can i placed html files in it for offline uses when i don't need to online? if not please add support for it also that we can place html files for offline uses.
