Why Rapid API?
The Rapid API is a separate project/product, and it's not included with ChatPDF source code.
However, the ChatPDF relays on Rapid API as well as OpenAI API to work as intended.
Due to the PHP language limitations, we have decided to use other technologies to achieve the ChatPDF vision/capabilities (e.g. Python, Vector Database, Redis, etc.), and provide it as an API for FREE and exclusive for our clients.
No worries, We manage and maintain the Rapid API ourselves to guarantee a high level of security, compatibility and feature improvements.
Note:
For business owners who are willing to have/host the rapid api themselves for their reasons, please contact us to get your Enterprise License which includes everything (All the services)(this is Not Free and for serious people only).
