How often do you update your invoice system and add new features?
We do update our invoice system daily. And once we update the system. It may takes up to 24 hours for us to upload the new changes and this is mostly done at midnight when no one is using the system.
What kind of support do you offer if I have any issues or questions?
Support depends on what type of query or issues you have. But I can gladly say that our support system are ready at all time to handle any form of query.
What security measures do you have in place to protect my business and customer data?
Security is very important when dealing with online stuff. Part of our security measure include authentication and also tracking of each user activities. Notification will be sent to each user email once a successfully authentication has been initiated. Most of the data are encrypted and can only be decrypt by us. Lastly their are certain limitations and restriction over who can view the data's and files or record of each customer.
Can I get balance sheet report from this system?
Yes, our system has accounting functionality which allow you to track your account status and monthly income flow. With this accounting function, you can generate your balance sheet and Journal history.
Can you walk me through your invoice system?
Yes, we can show you the demo and feature of our invoice system. Do contact us and set your available time. We can do this through a zoom meeting or have us send some of our team to your location to show you how to use the system and the benefits.
