1. How can we validate the authenticity of collected emails or phone numbers? In Aidex, you have appointment booking and lead collection options, but what if a user submits a fake email or phone number? My suggestion is to send an OTP to emails, which I think will work. What do you think?
2. I have an affiliate website with over 100 product review pages, and I want to crawl only 50 of them. Will I be able to do this? I can't see an option to select specific URLs to crawl.
3. Please consider displaying images inside the chatbot. It would be very useful for our business. -

1. We understand that managing captured data can differ across businesses. That's why we'll be introducing a new feature that allows users to trigger an external webhook for each data capture, rather than just storing the information in the dashboard. This way, captured emails or phone numbers can be validated or processed accordingly - the same as appointements or newsletters.
2. Currently, only the specific webpage you link will be crawled. If you'd like to work with a selection of 50 product review pages, you'll need to manually pull them and store the data in a file to use for training the bot.
3. We will definitely implement image display within the chatbot soon.

1. Is the SaaS module included for free, or do I need to purchase it separately?
2. In the SaaS module, can users set up their own API keys? Otherwise, it will be difficult to sustain.
3. I see you have a WhatsApp module. Does it work with Cloud API or Twilio?
4. Can I limit users from training large websites? For example, if users have websites with hundreds of pages, and they all start training, it could potentially overload the server.
5. Is this script at least 95% bug-free?
6. I noticed very few options to customize the chat widget. Do you have any plans to add CSS customization so we can apply our own designs?
7. I have a Shopify store. I want to connect it and display all products, including images, descriptions, and a buy button inside the chat. Is this possible, or are there any plans to add this feature?

n the future, we plan to introduce a feature that will enable administrators to create plans with custom API keys. -
6 months agoDannsScripts AuthorWhat we mean is that admins will have an option called "Allow Custom API" when creating a subscription plan. This allows for flexibility, so not all users will rely on the organization’s API key. For instance, users on free trial plans will use the organization's API key with the set limitations, while more advanced and higher-priced plans will have the option to use their own API keys.

6 months agoThis is nice plugin but i have few questions.
1- I want that it will talk with user in any language, means user can talk in urdu so this will talk also in urdu.
2- bot answer then user but get data from my site e.g. user: i need job in lahore and i am 10th class pass. bot: (so here bot will find that jobs to match the content and get links and title from site and provide them or how to train for this?)
3- no external links bot will provide.
4- i dont want a button, i want to create a page and show a full chat box there.
5- do i need any api for that or is there free for life?
is this things possible? -

1. The platform supports communication in any language, including Urdu.
2. To train the bot for specific responses like job searches, you can upload various file formats (.txt, .pdf, .docx, and more) to provide the necessary information.
3. Could you please clarify your requirement about not providing external links?
4. There is an option to display the chatbot in full-screen mode, which should fit your use case perfectly, you can also override the default styles by custom CSS.
5. The only thing you’ll need is an OpenAI API key to get started.

6 months agoDannsScripts Author2. For training the bot you'd need to upload any file that's supported for training, or directly through a web URL.
3. The bot can be easily instructed to not provide any information than what's trained for, including URLs.
5. Not really, OpenAI API is very cost-effective, for instance: our chatbot engaged in more than 250 conversations providing more than 1500+ message for less than a 1$

We've been focusing on preserving the regular version for personal use, So we've launched the SaaS module as a seperate installable item. meaning that a fresh installation does not include any third-party modules including the SaaS module. These modules are available separately, each as an individual installable item.

6 months agoAre there any plans to add a voice feature? How can we increase the chat bubble size? Will there be an option for Flowbuilder? Additionally, you have a feature for collecting leads and appointments, but without integrating Google Calendar, it may not be very useful. Not everyone will check the dashboard for appointments for events, and integrating Google Calendar is a basic requirement.

Can we display images as a slideshow? This would be useful for e-commerce store owners, as they could showcase product titles, images, descriptions, and prices in a slideshow, which would be a great addition. Also, is it possible to retrieve data from Google Sheets, or is there any ETA on this feature? -

Currently, the messages are limited to displaying HTML with only textual content, so images or videos cannot be included at this time. However, you can train the AI to showcase a list of products with their titles and prices.
As for Google Sheets, if you're referring to training, you can easily export your Google Sheets data as an .xlsx file and import it as a training file. -

6 months agoHello, I am interested in your product but have several queries, as I have had two bad experiences with a Codester author in the past. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the following:
1. Will you provide proper support after purchasing both the script and the SaaS module? By "proper," I mean help during installation if anything goes wrong. Will there be any additional costs involved?
2. Could you add Paddle as a payment option? Stripe is not supported in our country, and I don't use PayPal.
3. In your demo, I see both "Leads" and "Appointment" options. What’s the difference between the two? They seem to serve the same purpose. If possible, could you provide a demo or screenshots to clarify?
4. Do you plan to add a WhatsApp module? It’s a much-needed feature and could definitely boost your sales.
5. Do you have an option to limit characters per chatbot, like in Chatbase (e.g., 11,000,000 characters per chatbot)? Also, can we limit the number of scraped URLs?
6. Will the bot retrain itself if content on a website is updated?
7. Can you add the latest GPT-4o (2024-08-06 model), which supports structured outputs and is 50% cheaper than the current GPT-4o model?
8. Do you have plans to add an API?
9. I couldn’t find a custom domain option. Is this feature available?
10. Can I include a lifetime deal in the pricing plan?
11. How can I prevent users from excessively using up OpenAI tokens?
12. Are there any plans to add a live chat feature?
13. Which SaaS admin template are you using for your script? It looks nice.

6 months agoDannsScripts Author9. Currently, the option to add custom domains is not available, but it's something we may consider for future updates.
11. To prevent overuse of OpenAI tokens, there are several mechanisms you can implement. You can limit the size of training files, as well as restrict the number of assistants and models each user can create & fine-tune.
Additionally, we're planning to introduce a feature that allows you to set a maximum number of messages per plan. Once a user exceeds their message limit, their access will be temporarily restricted until they either renew or upgrade their plan. -

I am wondering, how can you control your visitors, which is the user of the chat box? I am worried that they will abuse the chat box and chat freely. For example, the chat box of the web owner only sets the goal of supporting customers to answer information about their products, but visitors still ask other questions such as, making poems, writing songs Do you love me? ... v ... v
If the user is chat so freely, the consequence will be a lot of tokens

6 months ago@ketnoi24 For this, you can easily handle it within the prompt by adding something like 'don't answer unrelated queries from users.' This way, no one can ask questions outside the trained content.
