  may i suggest these features:
  
  1) allow users to suggest or add a new
  station
  
  2) feature to have the radio play in a kind of player so that you can still browse the site and search for other stations while the radio is playing

  Unfortunately, you need a shoutcast server for this. It is not possible to do it with a PHP script. After creating the radio, you can add your radio to the script.
