  In the source, it is written that the use of http resources on sites broadcasting on the https protocol is restricted for security reasons. If your site is https, you need to add radios broadcasting in https protocol.
  
  The radio you specified broadcasts on the http protocol, so it will not work on a site broadcasting on the https protocol. (unless you're using a very old browser) It only works if your site is running on the http protocol.
