Most of our day is spent answering or finding solutions to support requests whose answers are already written in the documentation. We want to provide you with a unique customer experience, and we also want to ensure that everyone can access our products by keeping our prices affordable. But unfortunately, under these conditions, this does not seem sustainable. The updates that were supposed to be done months ago are still in progress and we want to finish them.
