I read the comments and got mislead that this Sass function is already implemented. I think it is not. I strongly suggest to withhold your flash sale and delay for a few days until you are ready with Saas functionality. After this is done, and if you offer under a flash sale, there will be too many interested to buy it.

May 12, 2023Just three questions before I buy:
1. How are tickets assigned? Do they automatically go to an agent who is in a specific department (piping)? I see I can assign an agent when I create a ticket but I don't want to create a ticket form for every agent.
2. Is it possible to create departments within departments (sub-categories) and then assign agents to the sub-departments, e.g. Sales department with two sub-departments: Dealers and Public?
3. If a ticket comes in through email, can the agent reply through email or do they just get a notification?
