  Currently, the app is not multilingual. But I'm working on a big update that includes a dashboard for easy customization and I'm planning to have multilingual support. Hopefully, I'll finish it soon enough

  PDF requires extra packages to be installed on the server which is not possible on Shared hosting. And yes I'm planning to add PDF support among other formats but it'll target VPS hosting. I hope this answers you question

  That's hard to say. Other customers seem to get approved. I guess you'd know once you submit it to Adsense.
