  Hello I tried your module, but the result I get is the following

  I tried setting a 250x250 animated gif as the Product image

  My Prestashop version is 1.6.1.4
  
  Let me know what could be wrong. I just dropped the gifanimation folder to the modules folder

  Your image has 180 frames, that equates to convert 180 images per Thumbnail, my server it took 45 seconds to convert your GIF. I recommend that you lower the FPS of your GIF or use another. You can also increase the max_execution_time PHP to 120 seconds if you are the server administrator. Please view: http://kijam.com/tienda/es/vestidos-verano/7-vestido-estampado-gasa.html

  Problem solved, the client had not created thumbnails in prestashop. More information here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Images+Preferences
