You can add your own generic message in section Generic message. Increase answer speed.
Set SMTP parameters to admin panel
You can set SMTP. Settings->Email Settings
Translate chat to your language
Login to admin panel, after that, go to section Settings->Chat Language. You can change every single line.
Edit chat
You can change company name or chat color in section Settings->Chat Settings.
Privileges and users
You can create your own privileges. Privileges Roles->Add New Privilege. After creating privileges, you create a user and add privileges to the user.
