  api testnet from block.io did not give anything, the error did not disappear.
  Could you describe the connection to testnet in more detail?
  or please take a screenshot with the correct editprofile.php file settings

  the api of block.io does not allow test.. the developer should consider changing it, using something like coinbase or similar
