  Hi, I've downloaded this app from the app store and can't get past the launch screen. The app crashes after Launchscreen. Thinking it was my old iPhone (6 Plus) I had a friend with a newer model iPhone download it and he experienced the same problem. I'm interested in purchasing your app code but concerned it doesn't work. Any ideas/thoughts on the issues we're experiencing?

  Hi, we have tested the app (downloading from app store) in various iPhones, but could not find the crash. We tested the app in:
  iPhone 5s (iOS 10.3)
  iPhone 5s (iOS 11.0)
  iPhone 5s (iOS 12.0)
  iPhone 6s (iOS 11.4)
  iPhone 7 (iOS 12.0)
  
  Can you please provide more details? so we can replicate the issue. for ex. you followed certain steps and you got the crash, the iPhone model and version you used. Or any other info, we appreciate it.

  Hi, I just redownloaded the app, tried to open it and, again, it crashes after Launch Screen. iPhone 6 Plus running IOS12.0. Your iTunes Connect account should provide you with analytics about crashes. Also available through Xcode too. Hoping you can fix the issue! Thanks.

  I recently upgraded my old 6 Plus for an Xs Max and experience exactly the same issue. Launch screen appears then app crashes. Do you have an update/fix for the problem?
