  But then it asks for a password on every page rather than asking for it only once when you first visit the site.

  No, if the password is the same on all the pages, the pages will remain unlocked until the user's session will end...

  Just checked. You included the script after some content of the page is sent, so it's impossible for the php to set the session from there. You should move the script and call the function before any content on the page...

  But after 1 day the screen is locked again.

  Just added this feature, it should be available when the OPs will accept the update. You'll need to set a `rememberme` parameter.
