  Is it tested foe high traffic? Is it possible to set different servers to serve ads (example: one in Europe, one in USA and puplishers to reseive ads from nearest server)?

  It's can handle everything (high traffic and servers must be from hosting side so if you have a dedicated hosting server it's must work for you )
