  For the admin demo, you’ll want to check out the Sanity CMS documentation at https://www.sanity.io/docs. It’s a great resource that will walk you through setting up and managing the content.
  
  Now, about the dataset: it’s all set in the seed folder. To import it into your Sanity project, you can use the command npx sanity@latest dataset import seed.tar.gz. If your project has a specific dataset name, just add it at the end like this: npx sanity@latest dataset import seed.tar.gz <dataset-name>. This will load all the data you need.
  
  When it comes to hosting the frontend, you can go with Vercel or any other platform that supports ReactJS apps. Just follow their deployment steps, and you should be good to go.

  Because I have never used it before and I only knew about it through this description secondly
  vercel Is it an alternative to publishing the website? Will I not need hosting? Will this save hosting costs? The free plan is from it. Will I be able to use my own domain on it? Thank you, my friend.
