  hello, question: With this module for Aidex can I use for instance, ChatGPT or some Ai model to answer my business phone whatsapp number and answer customer queries about my business? also, if i have to redirect the conversation to a human, is that possible?

  Yes, you can use an AI model to handle customer inquiries through your business's WhatsApp number. If you need to intervene and redirect the conversation to a human, you can do so by either enabling or disabling the AI through your developer dashboard. This can be achieved by subscribing or unsubscribing to the specific webhook, or by attaching or detaching the access token from Whatsapp configuration on AiDex.

  Hello, Your products are truly outstanding, and I wish you continued success. I have a couple of questions about this module:
  
  1. Is it possible to configure the bot to respond only when a specific keyword is provided? For example, if I type "AI agent," the bot would engage, but if the keyword is missing, the conversation wouldn’t start. This is important as I use multiple chatbots on the same number and need to ensure that only the appropriate bot is triggered based on the keyword.
  
  2. Can I use the same WhatsApp Business API token for this chatbot while simultaneously running another chatbot? Or would it be better to create a separate Facebook application for this bot, or is one application sufficient?

  1. Currently, the bot is designed to respond to any incoming message unless it has been deactivated. Unfortunately, the functionality to trigger responses based on specific keywords is not available at the moment.
  
  2. While you can use the same WhatsApp Business API token for multiple chatbots, it is advisable to create a separate application and reapply for the WhatsApp Business API. This approach helps avoid potential issues, such as overlapping bot responses or unintended behavior.
