  There's already a dedicated page for creating new subscribers that's accessible by the admin. However, The users created are auto-subscribed to the free trial plan. This can easily be scaled to manually subscribe them in different plans including the paid plans. This is planned to be added in our next update upcoming this week. I think that can help you collect payments externally without requiring users to manually use our payment system.

  Sepay is now officially included within our supported payment gateways - along with custom currency feature enabled. You're good to go and charge users in The Vietnamese Dong using your preferred Payment Gateway.

  However, we do not guarantee switching or using another AI engine than OpenAI at the current moment.

  All resources, including user management and plan events, are handled directly through AiDex's dashboard. Currently, we do not support managing these actions via Webhooks or APIs.

  We have few API endpoints that allow basic interactions with chatbot widgets, which can be useful for expanding functionality to external apps. For example, you can create your own widget application or interact with existing ones from platforms like WhatsApp.
