  There is indeed in the Front- and Backend a multi-language switcher. The language changes too. However, the change is made only from the static files located on your server. The other areas pulled out from the database tables remains in english, which is the default language.
  
  Everywhere, you do not have a language parameter attached with every record. Therefore, the multi-language feature cannot work on dynamic views as it cannot filter the queries from the tables.
  
  Do you plan to make this project a multilanguage one very soon? If yes, please give me a time frame in weeks. Then, I would like to buy your project.
  
  One more thing for your future development:
  - Programmers avoid use of jQuery since a long time.
  - People use Livewire with Tailwind.css, which you have used. They both work togather lime charm.
  
  I wish you had implemented Livewire 3 and made many areas of your project in the Frontend to load components made with it inside a <div> tag for faster loading.
  
  While surfing your demo website, I could see that it was taking a lonmg to to load. Users living in countries, where latency is high this loading time will be even longer and the performance of the entire website would result poor.
  
  Using Livewire, this kind of performance can be avoided.
  
  Otherwise, I must say that you made a nice concept and workflows, even though most of these areas have basic functions. However, one can modify certain areas and it can be a great project.
  
  So, in a nutshell, you did a great job!
  
  Upgrading the Framework upon my request to version 11 has also impressed me.
  
  Keep it up!!!

  Great tool. Is there a possibility to implement:
  
  - Optional admin commission (%) for any escrow deal closed
  - The payment options on the balance top up UI are not functioning, kindly check on that?
  - Ability to allow Admin manage Listing manager i.e adding categories, managing the submission form flow by choosing to activate, deactivate some forms or add more forms on the submission UI
  - Lastly, option to lock the image content on the listing and only be viewable to either all users or only to buyers who have sent offers.

  1. The escrow commission currently is set based on the subscription plan and also separately for free users too.
  
  2. The payments method was turned off but bank payments is turned on now but other payment methods works when you enter your credentials on live app
  
  3. Adding categories is not available for the admin now but it will become available in the next update. Concerning form submission, that is not currently on ETA but if more request is made on that, we will consider it.
  
  4. The image content is viewable to everyone at the moment. Sending an offer doesn't make one a buyer because the offer can be rejected by the seller. We didn't see any need to add this since the buyer who wants to send an offer might like to see some images first. You can also let your users know not to submit any image that shows any sensitive information. Also links to the account are hidden by default unless user is a premium user.

  There is really no much difference.
  
  Because a buyer can also be a seller and vice versa. The subscription plans and it's features is entirely based on the admin of the site. Since it is a marketplace, the subscription plan applies both to the buyer and seller, but for a buyer, they can send message directly to a seller from the listing page without having to subscribe to a plan. You can find more premium features on the pricing section of the website and also explore the subscription plans section.
  
  It is not mandatory to subscribe to a plan depending on how the admin of the site sets the features.

  1. The way it works is all escrows transactions are made from the wallet and this is why before a buyer wants to carry out anything, they will be prompted to top up their wallet first.
  
  2. You can see this option in the ->Finance Manager->Payment Settings. There you can see whether to activate or deactivate a payment method for either Subscription or Listings.

  There is no option for that, we will be adding it on the update that will come before the end of the month.
  
  The only way currently is doing that through the database. in the payout_gateways table and instead of "active" use inactive.

  The error to view the dispute opened, occurs on the seller side, on the buyer side they are able to view the dispute details and respond.
