  Hi Prabath, there is no need for a PIN to unlock it. The PIN is a feature illustrated in the template to show how it can be used in your final App for your clients. Please read the provided documentation of Quizionic3 package in regards PIN feature. You can force the template App to be in Full Version either from the Developer Page inside the App or by changing the Code.

  Hi,
  We have downloaded the code and installed on the server. We are running the PIN generation, it asks for email ID and Mobile number. Provided the same. Got a message "PIN Requested -A SMS with your PIN will be provided shortly". But I didn't get the SMS at all even after tying number of times. Please help in getting the PIN as we are stuck without it.

  Hi, as stated on the other comments, you don’t need any PIN to unlock full version. You can activate full version either from the develop page of the application or from the code. Please read instructions. The PIN on the other side, requires server installation on your end with the MySQL (by using the scripts provided). PIN is a feature of the app that can be used by yours customers as an alternative of purchasing the full version in-app-Purchase product from the stores in countries where it’s not allowed or nor accesible or where people has no credit card.

  And to clarify one more time, Quizionic does not provide the integration with any SMS platform for delivering the PIN. You have to engage third party SMS delivery platforms that have additional cost for the service. This is indicated in the documentation provided. There are third party services that offer SMS delivery or OTP SMS. For instance MSG91

  I have purchased Quizionic3 and able to deploy it in my godaddy shared linux hosting, I followed your documentation and managed myself to deploy the same, but I have the following queries could you please help me on that?
  
  1. DB Sync is not functioning? when I try to access the same URL it displays the following error message - PHP Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$TimeStamp in /public_html/requestUpdate.php on line 26
  
  2. How can i change the time zone from UTC to our zone in the App and the backend?
  
  3. I couldn't find InApp purchases details as the document says your deploy on your own, could you shed some light on it please?

  Hi Krishna,
  First of all, thanks for purchasing Quizionic 3.
  
  1. I assume that you've deployed the ServerSide on a Web hosted server and not on a local WAMP/MAMP machine. Otherwise, it may not work as per CORS configuration. For DB sync, first you have to properly configure the user/password to access your MySQL database in the PHP script. You've also to make sure that at least your hosted PHP is version +5.6. If that setup is correct, then you have to put a desired minimum date in your Config table of Quzionic 3 local SQLite database. That date will be used the first DBSync attempt. Remember that Quizionic 3 will request the server that date to check if there is any entry in MySQL tables that is posted after that date, if so, then it will send records back as JSON format to the mobile App. If not, no records are sent.
  
  2. Regarding UTC, I wouldn't recommend to do it, because either your server/mobile user may be on a different time-zone. Each mobile code as well as PHP expects to receive and compare an UTC date.
  
  3. For InAppPurchase, you have 2 things to configure. 1 is on the Quizionic 3 side as indicated in the documentation and code. The other one is either on Itunes Connect Portal or Google Developer Console, where you have to configure your products IDs, price and description. Once they're configured in the Portals, you have to match your APP ID with the one uploaded as Beta/Alpha version in Portal. In addition, you've to create test users in those Portal to be used as the one to buy those products for testing purpose. You have to use that user ID when login in your mobile device either to Apple Store or Google Play, otherwise it won't recognize them during testing phase.
  
  4. For FB Login, you've to configure Facebook developer Portal as mentioned in Quizionic 3 documentation and then also use the APP_ID and and APP_NAME variables located in the config.xml and in the package.json files of Quizionic3 with the ones used in the Facebook Portal.

  Thank you Flavio, Appreciated. I found a bug in Facebook plugin, because the App_ID and APP_NAME remains yours couldn't change, in reinstalled the plugin with variables then it functioned. I will follow the DB Sync & InApp Purchase again as per your instruction and all the others are fine.

  Facebook plugin requires the APP_ID and APP_NAME to be initialized either by reinstalling the plugin in the way you did or by applying the changes in config.xml and packages.json before invoking the "npm install" as mentioned in the Quizionic instructions.
