  sorry for the late reply, unfortunately, I still have the following problem:
  
  In the first e-mail to the customer no sender address is displayed, in the "new.php" the sender address is defined via "$ticketEmail" but in the config.php i find no suitable entry. In addition, the emails support no special characters (UTF-8) would be great if you could fix that in the next update.
