Cannot create new user : getting error message = Sorry, the user is failed to register, please try again later.
I can login as admin so database is working well
cannot create user from within Admin and also via outside register button

When creating an issues from outside or from withing admin i get that error message = = Sorry, the user is failed to register, please try again later. -

The issue is not related to the script. It's due to the database engine (skipped the primary keys with autoincrement while you importing the database).
