  Go to https://developers.facebook.com/ > My Apps > Add a new app > add your app name > click create app id button > dashboard >
  1- fill the form > app domain ( yourdomain.com without http ) .
  2- As new facebook developer policy, you should add a valid url for your site privacy policy ( full url ) .
  3- choose a category
  
  after you complete the form, go to App review menu, and make your app public ( live ) .

  check mail that i sent from yousefy_2009 @yahoo.com to you, i said there that don't use SMTP option, since the script is very good ready for sending mails in php mailer . also, SMTP is hard configuration .

  Nothing to do from your side, just deactivate SMTP . and the site will send mails for notifications automatically .
