  I Fixed. You had two problems.
  1. You have selected PHP 7.4 in the hosting panel settings, the script requires version 8.
  2. You have created a database, created a user, but did not attach the created user to the required database in the hosting control panel (cPanel). For this reason, the script did not have access to the database.
