  May I know the hosting you are using? Also please send us the content of laravel.log to see if there is an error.
  
  Some hosting providers like ddosecure, does not accept 127.0.0.1 as host of database, a recommendation is to change in the .ENV file, from 127.0.0.1 to localhost.
