  what is difference version between regular and extended version ?

  Regular License
  A regular license allows an item to be used in one project for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resale either on its own or as part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
  
  Extended License
  An extended license allows an item to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use. The item cannot be offered for resale "as-is". It is allowed to distribute/sublicense the source files as part of a larger project.

  Hi,
  
  I just purchased your Online Quiz System,
  I have followed the instructions in your video using a local web server,
  Database configuration is created fine,
  but after creating the Administrator account the only thing I get is a page with only a blue empty rectangle
  
  I would appreciate your help in making this work.
  
  An additional question is that I hope to be able to use this in an standard web server, this is no-local?

  Try This following procedure:
  1. use XAMMP 5.6.3 and firefox browser. PHP 5.6
  2. delete "connect.php" from "system folder" try the setup again.
  3. Yes, it is working in live server.
