  Yes you can setup on which departament you require a subscription or on which priority. If user try create ticket in this departament or priority, need to be subscribed.

  I bought the script, but there are a lot of bugs.
  For example, the site supports different languages, but there is no way to add tariff plans in another language.
  You can not edit / pay bills in the admin panel. For example, mark an invoice as paid. Need to finish and you can buy in principle
