  Hello, I need help. I purchased the expense-management program from Codester and I have a problem. I installed it, and when I open the application, I do not find it complete. There are problems in the control panel related to expenses, the expense category, and the income category. I can't add anything to all these. Getting the below error while trying to add anything:

  I purchased recently and installed and configured. , I have installed it and got it working. But there are issues with Expenses, Expense Category, Income Category. I cant add anything in all these. Getting below error while trying to add anything:
  
  "DataTables warning: table id=example_expenses - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1"

  As you have seen comments of other people, they are not getting this error. So, looks like that there are some file missing. You should re-download the code and install it again. Hope it helps. Thanks

  I had installed a lot of scripts, but this one is broken or readme file is incomplete without correct instructions.

  Hi, after I change the database config and import the database.sql. everything seems to be working but it is not possible to login with the credentials in the file and even if I create a new user.
  I tried in localhost and in production server, I really can't figure out what the problem is. Hope you can help me

  Hi @pedropiloto
  When you install the script on second step it ask you to set your own username and password. Please try it. And use this script on PHP 5.6. Hope it helps

  Well I can't find a "install" script, I just deployed it as a normal web site and created the database with the sql in the install folder.

  You were right, the problem was the php version I changed it from php 7.0 to 5.6 and it's now working.
