  Hello..I still have not received support on this product. I am trying to import a poll. So far, the program allows me to export a json file. There is a space to import a file. I tried putting in either the name of the poll or the json file but nothing happens in either case. Can you please tell me what i have to put in the import space. There is no browse funtion to browse my computer for a jason file. Please advise. I like the product and dont want to return it but i need to be able to clone these polls. I also want to get the extended license but need this resolved asap. thanks

  I am trying to clone a poll i set up. I tried exporting the json file and then tried to import it using the json file name. It appears that while there is an import button, there is no space to enter the import file name. There is only a space to enter export info. Can you send me instructions how to import, export, and clone or fix if needed. A visual instruction example would be best. thanks so much. ceo email is [email protected]
