  Please extract the vinaquiz.zip file on your host (the latest version run Ok, which I fixed all problems for you).
  Now you changed something, it not works , that's your business , not mine.

  For any user, in one choice question type, the user can select all choice at the same time but the user should one choice only, I think that is the problem in your plugin

  + the background of the choices of the questions is white, so the answers are disappeared
  + For any user, in one choice question type, the user can select all choice at the same time but the user should one choice only
  
  I'm busy next three days so I will fix bugs from Monday (31 Jul 2017). If you can't wait, you can get refunded (or Codester forced to do it).

  I will send you source code (some updated file) to fix bug "single choice question" allow only one answer choice.

  Hi i have purchased the plugin today . But while creating any question it always redirects to "http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/createQuestion". No Questions is added in to the Question list. Will please tell me whats the wrong with the plugin or where can i set the configuration.

  You can display quiz by shortcut by embedded shortcode in a post,login as admin in hungnguyenvina.com/wordpress/wp-admin and see posts to see how to embedded vina wordpress shortcode.
  Actually i do not much experience with wordpress theme,I will find out and answer you later,you can ask author of wordpress theme you purchased about integrated a wordpress plugin in his theme.
  About certificate, if you need,you can find an other certificate image and give me,i will edit code to change coordinate of dynamic content like exam name...for filling content on new certificate image template.
