  as you can see the property status is not rented but there is already contract for the property so the script must to automaticly convert the property status to rented once i make the contract

  i already made a conract with property number 1 so while iam making a new conract i can see the same property and i can make another contract with the same rented property it should to be when i make a contract it shows only the un rented properties
  please note:-
  if i changed the satus of the property to rented it disappear from the old contract it self
