  look into the logic.
  list of predefined question and answer into database table When they will ask a question we will count the matching word into the predefined questions in table and calculate the maximum matching words from the table's question list and finally we will take decision that the answer is the answer field of same record of that maximum words of the customer's sending question

  hi
  it dose not match with the entire question. It match with any word immediately it display the answer. Basically the question match with at least 90% or above then it response the answer is ok. But here match with a word it returns the answer is worst logic. Can u help me to sole the worst logic. Then this is a chat bot

  Your idea is a great.I will set percent of matching word.2 times filter.first matching word.then percent of matching word of a sentence.but how much percent will be great.80%???if less than 80% then we can show error message.agree?
