  I did all these steps and it stopped here but when I tried to put the script files in the root file I found everything was out of place but when I entered it in a subfolder it worked

  You need to put the content inside Script folder into the root folder of your hosting. Root folder can be public_html, htdocs or www

  1. You should put DB, DB USER, DB PASS in .env file.
  2. You should change APP_NAME, APP_URL in .env file.
  3. In case there is no CHANGE HERE text. Just ignore this.
  4. You should enter correct DB information in .env file and import the Database sql into your DB.
