  As I told you before, you must to open project by Unity 2019.2.21. In this video, I checked that you used unity 2019.4.13

  It should open on unity 2019 of any version. The problem is with tweening library it is outdated

  In Requirements tab, I wrote "Unity 2019.2.x". With Unity Hub, you can install multi versions of unity easily

  I have each version of unity already installed 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and If I change this version then all of my other projects will cause issues. I can't do that. Please update the library and reupload as you mentioned it.

  Your other projects can not get any troubles. Everytime you open a Unity project, you can choose unity version you want before it's opened
