  You can not use this order form template. This template requires WHMCS ( https://whmcs.com ) ...
  
  But, if you want to use WHMCS. Then, you can install it. The product documentation is here ( https://docs.ractstudio.com/advancedhostingcart )

  This is a template, not a complete script. So, you need to first have WHMCS installed then you can use it. Want to use WHMCS, but you don't have the proper knowledge about WHMCS? No problem!
