  Hey, thanks for your purchase. For the script to function properly a certain files and folders need specific permission. If you're on shared hosting you can do so by going to file manager of your control panel and change the permission to required ones of the folders & files mentioned in documentation.

  I have tried to install the script many times on different hosting since last 5 days, but i could not install it. As per the developer, some requirements are necessary which my hosting plan does not provide. But I can not afford to buy better hosting like private/ dedicated hosting.
  So, I am requisting for refund.

  You could buy any cheaper shared hosting which have the required requirements. Sorry as we said earlier it's a digital product and we do not offer refund for such issues, requirements were already written in documentation it was your mistake you didn't confirm it before buying.

  Hey, It's clearly written in documentation that this version is developed from scratch with different approach so it's not backward compatible, you need to install it as a fresh script. You'll also require a license key while installation process, for getting a license key contact us via email on [email protected]
