  Sorry, e-go removed the API without prior warning, it's not our fault. You can confirm that by trying to access this url: http://www.e-go.com.au/calculatorAPI2, we can't do anything.

  We have already communicated with e-go and they have not planned to activate the API again, therefore this plugin has been discontinued. Sorry again.

  Just want to check if there's an update available soon? Some postcodes and suburb combination is missing with the postcode.js
  
  For example, 4005 postcode should also belongs to Teneriffe but customers can only select "NEW FARM" at the moment.

  (1) I would like to remove the (1-2 days) from the description.
  (2) I have e-go platinum account which is cheaper than standard price. How can I log in to my e-go account in tot plug in to get platinum rates? I sent you an email 2 days but no one replied to my email.

  Sorry, i not see you mail. send mail from gmail not from corporate email. Answer by item.
  1) Yes, please send me access be mail of you FTP.
  2) The api only offers access to the cost of the platinum rates, I cannot do anything for you in this case.

  I'm using the E-Go Courier plugin but need to allocate Free Shipping for just one Product, but all other products must pay shipping. Is there any way to do this with the E-Go plugin?
  I tried also using the "Free Shipping per Product" Plugin to cover one product but then the E-Go plugin says "there is no Shipping Option for this Product" which confuses customers at the Cart.

  Hi we have installed and setup plugin every time we now we enter our tracking info and select courier and hit complete we loose all customer details both billing and shipping just disappear .. or if we click edit billing or shipping it all customers details disappear .   Hi mate plugin is working ok the only problem is when customers select their suburb from the list it often defaults back to first suburb in list and not the suburb they selected when order comes through. have you had any one else report this if yes do you have a fix?
