  Yes, can build with WebGL, however IAP will not working on WebGL. You can disable the IAP feature easily.

  Hi, I installed the spine-runtime as in your tutorial. But I got this error:
  Assets\Spine\Runtime\spine-unity\Modules\AttachmentTools\AttachmentTools.cs(971,5): error CS0117: 'MeshAttachment' does not contain a definition for 'inheritDeform'
  
  I guess there is some incompatible issues with the newest version of spine-runtime.
  Latest version is spine-unity 3.8. Do you have any suggestion?

  Just download -> Extract and open the project with UNITY 2019.2.4

  There are so many tutorial on google/youtube.
  Basically, you need follow some steps:
  1. Use Unity to build the apk file
  2. Create a new account on Google Play store
  3. Create a new app and fill the information (icon, description, screenshot,...)
  4. Submit the apk
