  The error was due to the mail settings. There is feature of email verification upon registering. Try registering now, i have setup the email settings.
  
  Any number of users can register and publish articles but only the admin can approve them.

  Yes! And there is a minor js issue in the backend, to fix it just remove comma( , ) in assets/js/admin.js at the end of file and add a semicolon ( ; ) if you can't figure out send me the cpanel or ftp details to [email protected]
