  2.) Is it easy to add levels without coding?

  3. Now version no IAP. But I can integrate it if you bought it.

  But if you put the game on store without reskin graphics, you will take the risk to do that. I will not support if google block your account.
  
  btw, the price is not high, some site charge the reskin up to $1000 for this game.
