  I still recommend you fix the loan part because this does not make sense when you set the loan to repayment date to 07/01/2021 then loan goes to pending approval after approval that the loan shows that its due today and not next month 07/01/2021 as first repayment date this goes direct to due today when I ask you about it you tell me that its ok the system is not okay. sir in this part of loan again on the other part I would like to have arrears reports where i need to see the how many days have past from due date to the current date at that particular time of the repayment.
  on the arrears and simple customization i need this done kindly contact me as soon as possible for three areas
  Auto loan balance to add to serving balance, select user to auto repay from the balance show correct dates add arrears report page and have a downloadable file

  Hi Checkout the error list of updates we have experienced
  SYSTEM LIMITATIONS
  a) Functionality Issues
  The system has no:
  • Provision to print the arrears Report.
  • Provision to print the expected repayment Report
  • Provision to print the Portfolio value Report
  • Provision to allow other officers to log-in using their credentials but ONLY for the branch manager as at now.
  • Provision to track the person who entered into the system
  • Provision to track the total amount of the loan for the group business loan, e.g. Savings group loans as for now we can’t track the group amount individuals how can we operate savings group.
  • Provision to show how many days is the group in arrears and portfolio at risk.
  • System should have Auto massage and be able to pick payment from customers’ bank account when the loan is due.
  b) Error Issues
   The system should be customized according to the product in order to allow the payment of processing fees to be paid.
   The system should not push the loans automatically to the following month when enter in a new month.
   The system should have a provision of two officers one enter and register and other one approved by Manager.
   The system is giving errors on the payment date. E.g. if you put the date of payment next month as 2rd the system show the loan due the same month 2rd.
   We can’t approve the loan in the system it pushes the loan to pending approve again and again.
   The system is unable to detect the balance and bring it to due report when the client has just made one payment for his/her loan.

  are you comfortable with the script functionality now? The author is good in support yet we need to inform him shortcomings so as to get it corrected. I am planning to buy the script too and I could see that your requirements are valid especially authentication by another officer in a branch, staff permission, loan expiry etc

  I may have the proper update because the system is breaking more especially the updates is even worse. When you enter the loan you enter the repayment date for example 02/04/2021 the system returns the loan is due today and then when the repayment comes which will be 02/05/2021 the system does not indicate the or produce the due loans reports how can we get the report as an institution we need a fix of this bug. and in the new version, the system is not posting data entries.

  when you enter the loan the loan shows immediately that its overdue the same day you enter it and then when the next repayment comes its not showing that its due but it pushes to the next month in need a fix in this area
