  firstly extract on your system then you will see mobile_footer menu folder .. then compress that folder to upload

  actually we hide it from some page like publish page because user will face issue while posting or write something .. and on item page in some theme it show phone or whatsapp in footer so its not showing in item page also
  if you want to show on all page then come on our site we will do edit in your site
