  Requirements is not high, need you a shared hosting or VPS with Apache2 Server + PHP 5.6 or PHP 7 and MySQL DB Server.
  Script have secured all income or outgoing requests.
  User is able to deposit/withdrawal via BanKTransfer, PayPal, AdvCash, Payeer, Perfect Money

  From the description, Merchant can get paid based on API and I guess the paid money go to his his wallet. What about user? Can he use his wallet balance to pay to merchant by clicking the merchant pay button?

  The amount which is debited to client wallet is with paypal fee. Example: If user deposit 100 USD, in his account will be debited 97.5

  Ok i understand how it work now.But i am confused what is purpose of the script if is same as on Paypal? I mean why this script can be better then Paypal? Which better benefits user can use this script and not Paypal script? I ask that because Paypal and Prowallet have same options and functions.
