  Hi, just purchased this pack 2 days back. I noticed the templates are almost blank. The sound's not working: the character defeat sound, click sounds etc. Also, the game over UI doesn't have all the features promised: no rate this app button, no music on/off button, no share button etc. And the character selection elements are missing also.
  
  Did I download the wrong pack? Please, send me the right templates, and let us be both transparent and professional about this transaction.
  
  I could have as well just edited the FREE Templates provided by Buildbox, cos' they are same as what you gave me.
