  password reset not working
  it returns ==> "Request Timeout
  This request takes too long to process; it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'. "
  I set up the PHP mailer & SMTP credential perfectly with the ones provided by my host.

  I checked the steps provided in this link but the problem still persist.
  sometimes it returns
  "503 Service Unavailable
  The server is temporarily busy, try again later!"
  sometimes it returns:

  It is working fine on PHP 7.2x only. I have another issue: The app name on left-hand still shows "QxA PHP " even after chaining in admin settings. The database table also updated with correct app name but still it shows "QxA PHP ". Please advice.

  - Database remain the same for any update. However, at the moment I can not tell when will update it.
  - Yes, it will work in cPanel, if PHP version is 7+.
  - I will consider your request for next update, but at the moment can not provide any details about when it will be released.

  However, there is no option in admin panel to upload image as background.
