  I have been looking for an Android TMDb application that has a specific feature and can't seem to find anything. I want an app that can import all details for movies and TV shows (posters, overview, rate, genre, actors, crew, similar movies, movie trailers, watched, want to watch, favorites list) from a list I create, such as an SQLite database or Google Sheets list.
  
  I don't need a backend.
  
  Is this something you can add to this app, of if necessary create a new app? If so, how much?

  Your database is fixed or dynamic (you can edit database without rebuild and reupload app).
  
  My advice: I suggest using backend because it's easier to maintain data and extract data from db. If you use Google spreadsheet is hard to maintain data integrity. Data can be corrupted or invalid format anytime.

  I wouldn't hate using Firebase, but I'd rather not be saddled down with a VPS or server at this point. I don't suspect the bandwidth, connections, etc, necessary for something like this would be too great, thus a PHP backend would not be economical.
